- Analyze relevant KPIs to create monthly/quarterly action plans
- Collaborate with team members to co-create campaigns relevant to customer segments
- Provide copy and design for customer emails
- Test and update email flows to ensure consistent messaging and optimize productivity
- Ownership of SMS communication
- 2-4 years' experience in email marketing
- Possess a strong understanding of Email Marketing software (Klayvio)
- Ability to analyze data/information to gain insight for go-forward strategies
- Experience as an athlete or in fitness/health industry is a plus
- Experience with a DTC/Shopify business is a plus
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 PLUS 20% annual bonus when targets are achieved
- Hybrid schedule, expected to be in office 3 days/week (Milford, CT)

Who We Are::
VKTRY Gear is the world leader in sports performance insoles. Made from aerospace-grade carbon fiber, VKTRY Insoles (aka VKs) are proven to help athletes run faster and jump higher while also providing added protection against injury. VKs are currently being worn by elite athletes at over 300 Pro and College sports teams. However, the core business is the high school and casual athlete market (over 65M people in the USA alone).
VKTRY is a fast-growing, Direct to Consumer (DTC), e-commerce business and were looking for a strategic and creative person to become our Email Marketing Specialist. This role is created to provide analytics, co-create email content, and be the key communicator of all trends regarding email marketing across internal teams.
Who You Are::You will report to the Director of Customer Experience and work closely with several key members of the team. This role will be responsible for analytics and hindsight of email performance. The Email Marketing Specialist will work with the team to build out a calendar of campaigns and flows across customer segments. Success is defined through growth of email customer base, productivity, and revenue attributed to email.
