You'll be a key player, wearing two hats and excelling in both:

Recruitment Rockstar:

Source, screen, and interview top talent: Research trends, manage logistics, and find the perfect fit for our team.
Master of the paperwork: Maintain databases, handle onboarding, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Marketing Maven:

Content creation extraordinaire: Craft compelling ads, design graphics, and manage social media.

Website whisperer: Keep our online presence thriving and manage the company's reputation.
Analytics ace: Utilize web tools like Google Analytics and Adwords to optimize our strategy.

Who you are:

A marketing and recruiting whiz with proven experience.
Familiar with hiring practices and software, a social media maestro.
Organized, detailoriented, and a master communicator.
Techsavvy, creative, and a problemsolving pro.
A BS/BA in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

Bonus points:

Valid MA or RI Driver's License and clean background check.

What we offer:

Competitive salary ($21$31 per hour plus $10,000 to $20,000 in commissions).
Fulltime position with Monday-Friday schedule.
