- Lender Relations:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with lenders, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate favorable terms for financing and maintain compliance with financial covenants.
- Offshore Accounting:
- Possess expertise in managing offshore accounting functions.
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team (including offshore), fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on financial matters.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar executive financial role, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Strong financial acumen with a successful history of capital raising and managing financial transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of economic trends, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
- Experience working with lenders and a demonstrated ability to secure favorable financing terms.
- Familiarity with offshore accounting processes and international financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
