For 29 years, MAXICARD has been a provider of card printers in Germany.

In addition to card printers, we offer ID systems, plastic and cardboard cards, as well as accessories for card applications.

We also provide services for printing, personalization, and mailing of cards.

We are currently seeking to fill the following position:

Sales Support (part-time or full-time)_

(m/f/d)_


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Supporting our sales team in selling our products and services in the B2B sector
  • Creating quotes, order confirmations, invoices, and delivery notes in our ERP system
  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships and the customer database in our CRM system
  • Market and competition analysis
  • Assisting with trade show appearances

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training with at least 12 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems is an advantage
  • Enjoy communicating with our customers and prospects
  • Proficient in MS Office and excellent spelling and grammar skills
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Goaloriented, responsible, and wellorganized work style
