Poyen Training for Hospitality Professionals
As a Poyen trainee, you will be responsible for serving guests in various areas of the hospitality industry.

This includes pouring drinks, serving in the restaurant, preparing events, setting up buffets, arranging hotel rooms, and assisting in the kitchen.

In addition to receiving professional training in a recognized training company, you will also learn social skills and develop your social abilities.

Tasks during the training

As a trainee in the hospitality industry, you will rotate through different departments in the hotel, such as service, housekeeping, and kitchen, and gain a solid knowledge base.

You will also have the opportunity to interact with guests, business partners, and suppliers, and learn about the operational processes in the hospitality industry.

Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to start their professional careers. You should be active and enjoy working with people, as this is not a desk job. Strong communication skills and a willingness to provide excellent service are also important. Fluency in German is required, and knowledge of English or other foreign languages is a plus.
