- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance schedule of equipment and tools
- Sign for and receive packages and deliveries

- Accurate and reliable receipt of parts
- Identify ways to improve efficiency in inventory management
- Communicate effectively with the supplier/vendor
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers; notify supervisor of faulty delivery before driver leaves the premises
- Complete required reports and turn them in on time
- Ensures proper documentation is complete for refused deliveries, communicate delivery refusal to salesman, sales support, and purchasing

Inventory and Maintenance Specialist
Job Summary
The Inventory and Maintenance Specialist primarily coordinates construction services inventory including shipping and receiving of materials and pulling and packaging materials and job boxes for projects. The Inventory and Maintenance Specialist will also maintain and repair construction tools and equipment and be required to drive company vehicles when needed. This position must maintain a pleasant work environment, contributing to high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
