Minor office repairs and finishing details needed in Hideaway, TX. Paint an interior door and sand it if necessary for the best finish. Seal 4 lifted tiles on the floor. I have the paint for the door. Seal the edges between the drywall and the removable ceiling that surrounds the 50 square meter office, only that gap. Some parts are already sealed. Finish installing the ceiling, I have the panels but need about 6-7 more to be cut and fitted. Paint a wall in the bathroom or repair it, this needs to be assessed on site. The entrance door rubs against the floor and I want to raise it a bit. I also need to explain that I need to cover about a meter and something of the same size on the ceiling of the entrance landing, where the shutter is visible and there is a gap. It should be removable in case of shutter malfunction. There used to be drywall there but it was damaged and we had to remove it, leaving it in bad condition.
