Head of R&D (m/f/d)

This is a full-time, permanent position at our European headquarters in Düsseldorf, with the possibility of working from home.

Your responsibilities will include:

Establishing and driving innovation objectives for the EU to support the James Hardie EU business plan

Collaborating with cross-functional and global innovation stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Setting innovation priorities, teams, and frameworks to measure progress and outcomes
Representing the EU business interests as part of the Global Innovation Leadership Team

Leading the technical portfolio for fiber cement and fiber gypsum to achieve
