To strengthen our team, we are looking for a district manager (m/f/d) as a pedagogical specialist for outpatient youth services at our location in Marzahn, starting on August 1st, for 30 hours per week in a permanent position.


The non-profit, intercultural organization LebensWelt has been active in child and youth services for 24 years and is located in the heart of Berlin.

LebensWelt's services include social pedagogical family support, social group work, school social work, integration courses, integration support for children and adolescents, support for people with disabilities, supervised visitation, intensive social pedagogical individual care, childcare facilities, residential communities for young adults, and a youth recreation center.


Your tasks:

Management, organization, and further development of the department in cooperation with both district managers
Coordination and management of the specialist team at the Marzahn location
Responsible control and organization of the location
District-level acquisition and coordination of case inquiries, professional supervision
Negotiation with district offices/youth welfare offices
Close cooperation with both district managers at the location, management, Senate administration, youth welfare offices, cooperation partners
Comprehensive representation of the organization's interests in the district, public relations, participation in committees
Project selection
Administrative tasks
