- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure timely and appropriate coordination of patient care.
- Provide exceptional customer service to referring offices, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Track referral activity, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Previous experience in dental, sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey information.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
