OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for the direct purchasing of materials necessary to dispense medications to patients


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Place daily orders by vendor for items in the pharmacy to ensure all orders are filled
  • Perform audit counts to maintain a perpetual inventory system
  • Locate alternate local sources of products when back ordered from wholesalers or other suppliers
  • Receive all daily orders from wholesalers and place them into stock.
  • Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary depending on business needs
  • Flexible schedule based on wholesaler cutoff times

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail

HOLIDAY & PTO POLICY
We provide qualifying full-time employees with 23 PTO (Paid Time Off) days annually. PTO is used for holidays, vacation, sick leave, and personal leave.
