    Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living Lantern Hill is a luxurious 20-acre continuing care retirement community located in Union County, New Jersey in the borough of New Providence.

    We're part of a growing network of communities developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses in 11 states—and growing.

    We are hiring a Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. The Group Fitness Instructor will lead, monitor, and develop group fitness classes for an active senior population.
    Assisting with coordination and implementation of Wellness programs.
    Maintaining a clean and safe fitness area for members.
    Building strong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging them to be physically active.
    Senior community with 24/7 security.
    A "career for life" approach to professional and personal development for our greatest asset; Free parking at all of our communities and corporate offices
    A culture of diversity and inclusion, which builds on our values, vision, and mission.
    00 per hour.
    A group fitness certification from an accredited organization is required.
    Experience in developing and creating fitness programs.
    Minimum of 1-year related work experience is required.
