Job Summary

  • Instructs groups or individuals with Developmental Delays in exercise activities.
General Accountabilities

  • Plans routines for classes and/or training sessions.
  • Explains and enforces safety precautions governing sports, recreational activities, and exercise equipment.
  • Observes and assists participants by informing them of technique or skill improvement measures.
  • Teaches and demonstrates use of training equipment.
  • Cleans and maintains fitness equipment.

Job Qualifications (preferred)

  • Education: Associate's degree
  • Experience: Appropriate certifications and/or licensures with 12 years of related experience
