The ESA Luftsicherheit GmbH has been providing security services for various objects with special protection needs nationwide for around ten years.

With a total of approximately nine hundred employees, we ensure security at more than ten German airports, provide services for ministries and other public institutions of special importance, and implement protection for events and individuals with a high level of risk.

We are currently seeking a Personnel Coordinator (m/f/d) for the Dresden Airport.


Your responsibilities with us:

  • Personnel, vacation, and deployment planning for security personnel
  • Close collaboration with the station management and employees
  • Recording all shifts, sick leave, etc. in the inhouse database
  • Identifying potential and implementing further training opportunities in coordination with the HR department
  • Developing a pool of employees for filling positions in security services

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications
  • Mandatory professional experience in the field of personnel coordination, preferably in adhoc coordination
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills
  • Structured and independent work style, as well as prioritization and coordination abilities
  • A clean criminal record is mandatory
  • Willingness to work in a 2shift system and on weekends
