Description
DirectViz Solutions (DVS), a high-level strategic consulting services firm that meets mission IT needs for government clients. We are hiring for a full-time Asset Management/Inventory Specialist. This position is located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Duties:
Schedule appointments for all Hardware Asset Techs to complete various jobs for customers.
Conduct both physical and virtual inventories at sites all across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.
Work closely with customers to resolve and close out inventories in a timely fashion.
Provide customer service via email and phone with anything having to do with asset transfers, answering inventory related questions, tagging requests, and locating specific assets.
Requirements:
-2 years of Remedy experience
-2 years of Inventory experience
-An active TS/SCI clearance
Applicants may be required to show proof of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card to be eligible for employment at some work sites.
