Santé is seeking a
Full-Time Mobile Crisis Specialist (Overnight) Monday-Friday (in office) to join our frontline crisis intervention team in
Easton,
MD.
As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will make an unprecedented impact on your community by working directly with clients to address their needs, assist them in crisis situations, and design treatment plans.

What You'll Do:


  • Perform assessments and crisis intervention, including deescalation and crisis planning.
  • Corespond with law enforcement officers to crisis situations in the community
  • Effectively communicate clients' needs while making internal agency or community referrals.
  • Serve as a liaison for collaboration with families, friends, and local partners.
  • Educate individuals about mental health, substance abuse, available community resources, and the agency's services.
  • Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
  • Provide clinical supervision to colleagues on the overnight shift.
  • Audit case records for quality assurance.

Salary Range:
$31 - $34.50
per hour depending on licensure and experience, plus shift differential

What We Require:


  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study (MSW, MA, MS) and two (2) years related experience.
  • Current licensure in the state of Maryland LCSW-C/LCPC. (_Santé will assist with fees or licensure transfer)_
  • Valid driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance.
