Description

SAIC, a leading provider of systems development & deployment, targeting & intelligence analysis, systems engineering, integration, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community, is seeking creative and dedicated professionals to fulfill their career goals and objectives while delivering mission excellence on programs of national importance.

Duties will include:

Defining future direction to include establishing the sequencing of major activities and recommending the allocation of resources, as well as overseeing management controls to achieve mission objectives for the customer
Advising, guiding, and influencing less experienced customer staff toward maturation of their core competencies and career aspirations
Identify, nurture, and acquire opportunities to pioneer intellectual property for the intelligence community market space

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with CI Poly required
Bachelors' degree and 20 years of experience working across Defense, Homeland Security, and the Intelligence Community
Experience designing, developing, and delivering tactical solutions for strategiclevel challenges
Experience leading largescale, transformational efforts and public speaking
Experience leading business development efforts for portfolios of IT capabilities
Ability to work in a dynamic mission environment which requires balancing competing priorities and schedules

Desired Qualifications:

Former member of the Senior Executive Service corps with the Federal Government
