Job Summary:


Duties:

• Lead and supervise a team of automotive body and paint technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure highquality workmanship and productivity.
• Coordinate daily workflow and assignments within the shop, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and client expectations.
• Oversee the execution of automotive body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and complete or custom paint jobs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Conduct quality inspections of completed repairs and paint jobs, identifying any defects or imperfections and coordinating necessary corrective actions.
• Interact with the front office and management to assess repair needs, provide accurate estimates, and address any concerns or questions regarding the repair process or timeline.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and implementing best practices for shop cleanliness and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Ability to speak fluently in English and Spanish (Bilingual)
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and directing a team of technicians to achieve operational goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Expertise in automotive body repair procedures, including dent removal, panel replacement, and complete paint jobs, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and suppliers to coordinate repair activities and resolve issues.
• Problemsolving aptitude and decisionmaking skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze options, and implement effective solutions in a fastpaced work environment.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to automotive repair operations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
• Completion of relevant vocational training or certification programs in automotive body repair and painting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must own or possess their own tools
