To strengthen the GHD project landscape, we are looking for you as a new Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Independent planning and implementation of projects with central importance
• Organization and management of cross-departmental project teams
• Tracking of projects based on operational and financial KPIs
• Guidance and mentoring of colleagues
• Implementation of complex projects and processes
• Creation of analyses / development of business cases
• Development of new business models to decision-making maturity

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training or comparable studies in project management, business, healthcare (medical background desired but not required)
• Relevant, several years of experience in modern project management
• Experience in independent planning and implementation of complex projects
• Experience in developing colleagues (mentoring)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, quick comprehension and good understanding of numbers
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel,
