Natural Graphics, Inc., a leader in design, fabrication and installation of high-end custom signage for the multi-family industry throughout the United States since 1979, has an exciting opportunity for a successful professional to join our Team as an Estimator.

The Estimator will prepare cost estimates for the production of in-house products as well as obtaining vendor pricing for various components on the project, working with designers, production, installation and sales staff to ensure the estimates are accurate, profitable and reflect a true cost analysis.

• Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying drawings, blueprints, specifications, and related documents; Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses. Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
• Assist in developing construction criteria, value engineering and costs for signage programs.
• Assist in communicating changes in Production methods and procedures.
• Research and Development.
• Assist in the redevelopment of current products to improve the product and reduce costs.
• Return quotations to Sales in a timely fashion.
• Make suggestions on any improvements that will increase the efficiency and accuracy of the department.
• Assist Sales Teams with technical support regarding the manufacturing of sign products and installations.
• Maintain cost accounting for labor and materials on Jobs in Progress.
• Provide quarterly and end of the year reports for Jobs in Progress.
• Maintain project budgets by attending internal meetings; reviewing technical drawings, keeping open communication with the designers and sales staff.

• Strong mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of Construction/Fabrication is required.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel software and Mac computers.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Mechanical Aptitude.
• Inductive reasoning and critical thinking skills.
• Must be selfmotivated, accurate, detail oriented and goal driven.
• Ability to assume responsibility for completion of estimates in the absence of direct supervision.
