Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
  • Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
  • Assist customers with purchases using the cash register or pointofsale (POS) system
  • Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's experience
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Stay uptodate with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of technical sales or wireless sales is a plus
  • Ability to effectively upsell and crosssell products
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using cash registers or POS systems
  • Basic understanding of technology products

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
