As an Expo Food Runner, you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the customers' tables.

Your primary responsibility is to act as a liaison between the kitchen staff and the serving staff, ensuring that each dish is prepared correctly and delivered promptly to the appropriate table.

You are responsible for maintaining communication between the kitchen and the front-of-house staff to guarantee smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Kitchen Staff: Communicate effectively with chefs and line cooks to ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.

Quality Control: Inspect each dish before it leaves the kitchen to ensure that it meets the restaurant's quality standards and matches the customer's order.

Organize Orders: Arrange completed dishes on trays or plates according to table numbers or seating arrangements to facilitate efficient delivery.

Timing Management: Manage the timing of orders, ensuring that food items are ready for service at the appropriate times to maintain a steady flow of service.
