Old River is looking for a Sustainability Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at our location in Haren. This is a full-time position with a growing company that has 1,400 employees and 24 locations worldwide.

Since our founding in 1972, we have been on a continuous growth trajectory as specialists in mobile space solutions using container construction.

As the Sustainability Manager (m/f/d), you will report directly to the management and be responsible for independently operationalizing current and future sustainability topics within the company group.

You will be an initiator, driving force, and sparring partner for all departments and areas of expertise. In this role, you will actively drive the sustainable transformation of our company.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independently shaping a sustainable and auditproof nonfinancial reporting according to CSRD and EU Taxonomy Regulation, based on our materiality analysis and resulting gap analyses
  • Developing a strategy and transformation framework, including deriving concrete measures, goals, and KPIs
  • Strategic and operational planning for the integration of financial and nonfinancial reporting
