About this role:


In this role, you will:


  • Participate in developing a strategy for a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of business strategy/operations, best practices, and initiatives
  • Support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with midlevel managers or crossfunctional business partners
  • Develop relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:


  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:


  • Knowledge and understanding of consumer card products, systems, policies, and procedures; within a call center environment
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Superior business reasoning skills that can be used to understand the multiple competing priorities to deliver solutions that reduce risk and improve customer experience
  • Experience identifying risk, evaluate the impact and developing strategy to mitigate risk
  • Experience in project management and implementation
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy (PS)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective in communication across a variety of audiences and presenting information in a manner that persuades, educates and enhances understanding at all levels in what medium
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills (PS)
  • Exposure to Agile methodology
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement strategy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
