For almost 50 years, the Wellton Association for Future Security has been supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. In various living arrangements, we assist approximately 150 individuals with varying levels of support in their daily lives. We have experience and have remained curious. Our core task is to enable participation for people with disabilities, and we are committed to this.

Our location near the Free University with a large garden is home to 28 individuals living in four groups spread across two houses.

The position is part-time, 25-35 hours per week, in a 2-shift system. The position is permanent.
