Job Title:
Office Assistant


Responsibilities:

-
Liaise with Factories and Freight Forwarders: Coordinate with factories and freight forwarders to ensure smooth direct shipments and deliveries. Prepare necessary forms and documentation for shipments.

Warehousing Statistics and Distribution: Manage warehousing statistics for American platforms and product distribution quantities in China. Allocate products between different platforms as needed.

Form Coordination and Communication: Ensure all coordination details are accurately documented in a form. Communicate effectively with the domestic team to ensure seamless operations.

Daily Price Supervision: Monitor platform prices daily and make necessary adjustments as required.

Platform Establishment and Temporary Delivery: Facilitate the establishment of Amazon and other platforms in the United States. Handle temporary product deliveries.

Content Enhancement: Create PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) and enhance product images. Match copywriting to improve product descriptions.


Qualifications:

-
Education: Relevant degree (e.g., Bachelor's or College Degree) in Business, Marketing, Manufacturing, Communication, or English.

Experience:
  • Proficiency in logistics processes, import/export documentation, and cargo handling.
  • Familiarity with financial aspects of shipping (costs, profit/loss, currencies).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and verbal).
  • Knowledge of logistics resupply business.
  • Fluent in Madarin and English, write and speak.

Desired Skills:

FDA & OGA Transactions: Familiarity with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Other Government Agency (OGA) transactions.

ISF & ISF Procedures: Understanding of Importer Security Filing (ISF) procedures.

Air Freight Rates: Knowledge of airfreight rates and related paperwork.

Customs Documentation: Ability to handle bills of lading (B/Ls) and customs documentation.

Relationship Building: Skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships with carriers.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
From $20.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 30 per week
