At Juucy, we are seeking experienced freelance tech recruiters or agency recruiters to collaborate with growing (tech) companies and start-ups in Sequatchie. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in boutique agency recruiting or independent technical recruitment.

As a member of our team, you will:

Collaborate with the Juucy team to understand team dynamics, hiring needs, and job requirements.
Utilize both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
