Description
A manufacturing company in North Austin is on the lookout for a Corporate Controller. This role reports directly to the CEO and is instrumental in the company's financial leadership.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in the development of financial statements, budgeting, and strategic planning, with the goal of enhancing visibility and driving informed business decisions.
This position is a hybrid mix of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.If you are looking to make a significant impact in a high-visibility role within a company that values its employees, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting within established monthly and quarterly timelines.
Spearhead the budgeting process, crafting and implementing tools that support strategic planning and financial analysis.
Maintain financial integrity by reconciling general ledger accounts and managing journal entries.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 6 years of experience in full cycle accounting.
Demonstrated ability in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and analytical planning.
Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
Preferred Skills:
CPA certification.
Previous experience with NetSuite or similar ERP.
Compensation:
$110,000 to $140,000, commensurate with experience, knowledge, and skills.
