Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team.

In this position, you will be a valued Member of our Management Team.

As Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.


Duties:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions and reporting by maintaining a strong control environment with the ODOO Accounting/ERP system
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Coordinate with foreign subsidiaries and consolidate financial statements
• Participate in financial forecasting and budgeting process to ensure the company's financial stability
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations
• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
• Manage the monthend and yearend closing processes
• Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports and tax filings
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Stay uptodate with changes in accounting standards and regulations

Skills:

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in general ledger accounting and reconciliations
• Indepth knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles
• Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and make datadriven decisions
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders

Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per year
