    Responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Agent:

    • Follow-up with leads to drive sales growth.
    • Cultivate client relationships to boost sales opportunities.
    • Conduct consultations with buyers and sellers to understand their preferences and show suitable properties.
    • Organize open houses to showcase agency listings.
    • Manage the entire property transaction process from listing to closing for a seamless experience.
    • Engage potential clients to expand business outreach.
    • Demonstrate local market knowledge to address queries about properties and neighborhoods.

    Qualifications for a Real Estate Sales Agent:

    • Prior sales experience is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in utilizing technology.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
    • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Must hold a valid Real Estate License (assistance available for obtaining one).

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $48, $196,492.21 per year

    Benefits: Flexible schedule

    Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with self-determined scheduling and weekend availability

    Additional Compensation: Bonus and Commission pay
