Part-time (50-80%), permanent Your responsibilities: Limeshof in Welzheim includes a support and care area, individual living and support options, as well as a workshop for people with disabilities.

You will support your clients in leading independent and self-determined lives and participating in society. You will be available to assist with organizing and managing their daily lives. In addition to providing care, you will also assist with daily treatment and create person-centered care plans. You will also be the contact person for family members and legal representatives. Through collaboration with other departments, specialized services, authorities, and doctors, you can effectively support your clients.
