- Perform physically demanding tasks and supervise other Equipment Associates in similar duties
- Inspect equipment for any damage, usage hours, mileage, and fuel levels upon return
- Inform Counter Person/Service Manager about machine condition for customer billing
- Check the safety compliance and working condition of rental equipment
- Load and unload rental equipment, and prepare it for rental
- Show customers how to use the equipment and drive a delivery truck for pick-up and drop-off
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries
- Undertake other assigned tasks as required
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork abilities
- Diligence in ensuring safety
- Outstanding customer service proficiencies
- Familiarity with winch operations
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs
