Sharon Healthcare, located in Peoria, Illinois, specializes in providing rehabilitative and long-term care to individuals of all ages with all types of needs, including those with Dementia and other high-risk illnesses.

• Possess, at minimum, a high school diploma or GED
• Have experience in planning and implementing repairs, construction, and equipment installation/maintenance
• Be in good mental and physical health, have sound judgment, and a sincere desire to work with the facility's population
• Be able to push, pull, move, or lift a minimum of 25lbs to a height of five feet, and be able to move and/or carry such weight for a minimum distance of 50 feet
• Have a working knowledge of standard equipment use and maintenance
• Be able to receive and carry out directives, as well as effectively supervise and direct personnel
• Be highly dependable and punctual
• Be able to work events, weekends, holidays, and in emergency situations whenever required

Reliable transportation and an ability to respond to the facility 24/7 in the case of an emergency is required.

This position additionally requires on-call duties and consistent availability during non-traditional business hours.
