Job Summary:
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Assist with project coordination by organizing and maintaining project files, tracking deadlines, and providing updates to team members
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records in databases or spreadsheets
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating maintenance requests
- File, transcribe, type, and distribute documents as needed
- Assist with special projects or events as assigned
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent project coordination abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Accurate data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong calendar management skills to schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
