In this role, you'll be a vital player in operating heavy machinery with precision and skill, contributing to our mission of sustainable landfill management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality.
• Efficiently handle waste management tasks, including pushing, placing, and compacting waste.
• Operate various heavy machines for excavation, loading, processing, and transport tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and effectively use GPS for grade control, along with Laser Grade Control Systems.
• Adapt and adjust project plans as needed, showcasing flexibility and problemsolving skills.
• Assist in laborintensive tasks and participate in professional development workshops and trainings.
• Uphold stringent safety practices and foster positive communication within the company.
• Execute additional tasks as required by Field Foreman, Management, and/or Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• Preferred: Valid Class "A" CDL & GPS experience.
• Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience; applicants with less are still encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in operating at least five different types of heavy machinery.
• General construction experience relevant to landfill operations.
• Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a commitment to safety.
