What will you learn in your apprenticeship? In this apprenticeship, you will learn everything you need to know to provide perfect service to guests in restaurants, hotels, cafes, or canteens.
Your curriculum will include not only the preparation of simple dishes or larger buffets, but also organizational tasks such as purchasing goods, accounting, and book and inventory management.
What do we expect from you? You enjoy cooking and serving guests.You work well in a team, are always friendly, reliable, and helpful, and approach others with openness and without prejudice.
You must have a recognized school leaving certificate at the start of your apprenticeship.Duration of apprenticeship: 2 years Typical tasks: * Assisting in restaurants, catering services, kitchens, canteens, and warehouses * Preparing simple dishes and drinks * Setting up dining areas * Purchasing, accounting, book and inventory management * Service-oriented guest care, including serving * Sales-oriented product presentation * Administrative tasks Requirements: * Recognized school leaving certificate * Interest in household tasks * Friendly demeanor towards customers * Collegial behavior
What tasks will you take on after completing your apprenticeship? After completing your apprenticeship, you will take care of the well-being of our guests in our company canteens.
