Sr. Manager Commercial Finance – Electrification Line of Business

We are currently seeking a Sr.

Manager of Commercial Finance to lead the finance function for a rapidly growing line of business within Honeywell's Safety Sensing Technologies Business group.

This line of business (LOB) brings sensing solutions to the market that support the global transition to Electrification.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the LOB General Manager to drive revenue growth, take market share, all while managing a healthy bottom line.

This role has visibility to the highest levels of the company and will require someone with strong financial acumen, a commercial mindset, and executive presence.

Job Responsibilities include:
Analyze, build, and approve RFPs and RFQs to ensure all deals have pricing, volumes, and margins that are aligned with the business strategy
Own the P&L including all financial plannings and analysis needs; support strategic business decisions through reoccurring and ad hoc financial analyses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve financial targets
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Serve as the finance representative for the New Product Introduction process
Manage the reporting of financial and operational performance metrics


YOU MUST HAVE:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, commercial finance, or related roles
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Experience with SAP, Hyperion (HFM), Advanced User in Excel


WE VALUE:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Access
Knowledge of the Electrical Vehicle market and the Automotive Industry
Experience with Manufacturing and / or a products business
