- Inventory management and product flow for assigned customers, regions, and product categories.
- Handle replenishment orders
- Writing and executing time sensitive orders weekly for assigned territory. The primary responsibility is to replenish for a single customer out of assigned production facilities.
- Provide analytics for the assigned territory on an as needed basis.
- Resolve order issues and accommodate unique customer requirements.
- Participate in weekly scheduled calls and relay standardized communications to field sales teams, sales directors, and other levels of management. Communication ranges from order summaries to product quality issues and execution of strategic shipment strategies.
- Perform work in the company's ERP and Replenishment systems and partner with IT to provide input on system improvements and upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Analytics, Logistics, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- 0 - 3 years of related work experience preferred but not required.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel; creating pivot tables and using formulas i.e., v-lookup.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills is a must.
