Introduction:

For the maintenance of our client's justice buildings in the public sector, we are looking for you to join our team as

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the building's technical systems
  • Independent inspections, maintenance, and testing of building technical systems (e.g. heating / air conditioning / ventilation / plumbing)
  • Conducting control rounds and inspections
  • Digital documentation of completed tasks using mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)
  • Availability for on-call and emergency services

Your Profile:

  • Technical education, e.g. as a HVAC technician / mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology / central heating and ventilation builder / gas and water installer or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally with initial work experience, but also open to entry-level or technically skilled career changers with a desire for further training
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • German language skills at level B2 / Class B driver's license
