Description

Customer Experience Manager is the first and last point of contact in the facility, introducing customers to our program offerings, and making them feel welcome in the facility.

Customer Experience Manager is a friendly face, and always knows what's going on at the facility. Our Customer Experience Manager is the key point of contact on a daily basis.


Customer Experience Manager staff will:

  • Check people into the facility
  • Sell and sign people up for programs (classes, leagues, etc.)
  • Have some basic admin and managerial duties
  • Keep the gym clean (including but not limited to: sweeping, dusting, bathrooms)
  • Pour drinks at the bar
  • Make decisions and be accountable for events in the facility

Ideal qualifications (these are ideal, not requirements):

  • Plays and loves beach volleyball
  • Has experience with and enjoys working with kids
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Administrative experience
  • Sales experience
  • Managerial experience
  • Nights and weekend availability* (this is a must,
    job shifts will be weekends and 5PM or later on weekdays)

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

  • Every weekend
