Qualifications:
- 26 years practicing family law, showcasing a familiarity with Texas family law statutes & procedures.
- Genuine dedication and passion for family law, especially advocacy for mothers & children.
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently & remotely while upholding the highest standards of professionalism & integrity
- Skillful in communicating with clients & expressing genuine compassion to mothers who feel/are in "crisis"
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus but not required
- Billable hour requirement of 1400 hours per year
- Support from multiple boardcertified paralegals on staff
