We are currently seeking a
HR Business Partner Region North (m/f/d) to join our HR team in the greater Hamburg area.


Your responsibilities:


  • Advising our managers in the North region on all personnel, labor law, and HR policy matters
  • Acting as a sparring partner for our managers in regards to personnel and organizational change processes to build a collaborative relationship
  • Developing, implementing, and continuously improving our HR processes and concepts in line with our HR strategy
  • Implementing all personnelrelated topics along the HR value chain (personnel planning, management, development)
  • Responsible for change management in both daytoday operations and major change initiatives
  • Collaborating with the Centers of Expertise, HR Service Center, and other HR Business Partners within the HR department to develop collaborative HR solutions for the company (at a local and regional level)
