Inside Sales / Order Processing Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Support and assistance for our sales team
  • Preparation and creation of offers
  • Customer support, including handling complaints
  • Processing of orders and monitoring and tracking of delivery dates
  • Close collaboration with our partner companies
  • Support for logistics issues
  • General organizational and administrative tasks in sales support
  • Maintenance and processing of master data

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial education and training, e.g. office clerk, office communication specialist, industrial clerk, logistics specialist, or similar
  • Professional experience in sales support or another customeroriented field, such as project management, order management, order processing, or order control in a technical environment, ideally in component distribution
  • Excellent MS Office skills and preferably experience with a CRM/ERP system
  • Customeroriented mindset and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
