- B.S./MS degree in molecular biology or related field with 1-2+ years of industry experience.
- Hands on experience with molecular biology techniques, for example electrophoresis, enzymatic reactions, in vitro transcription, nucleic acid purifications
- Experienced in mammalian cell culture, cell-based assays and Florescence/Luminescence-based readouts is preferred
- Experience in developing, validating, optimization and deploying Cell and Molecular Biology based methods is highly desired

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and motivated individual who will work on-site within the BPD (biopharmaceutical product development)-Molecular Science team at Waltham, MA location.
Primary responsibilities would include but not limit to molecular cloning, small-scale RNA production and purification.The ideal candidate will work closely with molecular biologists, RNA biologists, process engineers and chemists to support the development of self-amplifying mRNA (sa-mRNA) platform technology and process.
