  • As a working student (m/f/d), you will support the Business Development team in the area of ESG and solar.
  • Your tasks will include data and internet research on sustainability, climate neutrality, CO2 consulting, regulatory requirements, and the preparation of result reports.
  • You are creative You will continuously drive the creation of ESG reports, brochures, and presentations at the company level.
  • You will evaluate buildings and portfolios based on sustainability criteria and enjoy maintaining and sourcing ESG data within the company.
  • You will need to stay informed You will keep track of the constantly changing local real estate market and stay uptodate on economic developments and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

  • You are studying (interior) architecture, civil engineering, real estate management, or a similar field of study.
  • You have gained initial experience in the ESG sector and enjoy exploring future ESG trends and independently implementing subprojects.
  • You are dedicated and analytical. Ideally, you already have knowledge of resourceefficient and climateneutral buildings.
  • You have a good way with words With your empathetic approach, you can find the right words even in challenging situations. You are mobile (driver's license class B) and familiar with Hamburg.
