    PREMIER THERAPY is an award-winning therapy services provider with over 21+years' experience in senior living communities. We offer growth opportunities, as well as a flexible work week and hours.

    We are seeking a motivated OT to be a part of our passion to improve the quality of life for the residents they treat. We will support your creativity and help you reach your highest potential Our employees are passionate about improving the resident's quality of life, and delivering compassionate care. We believe in teamwork and value each and every employee. Compensation negotiable (depending on skills, abilities and experience). This is a split position between New Middletown, Ohio and Columbiana, Ohio. Must have dementia experience.

    Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:

    •Completes evaluations.

    •Attends care conferences.

    •Safe discharge planning with patient and caregiver.

    •Home evaluations.

    •Implements safe seating systems.
