  • Responsibilities
    . Create information technology (IT) product specification documents for new features and improve existing capabilities through collaborating with development and business leaders, salespeople, current and prospective customers, and other stakeholders of ADP Workforce Now, along with other ADP ecosystems partner products. Perform market and competitive analysis to help drive market requirements and deliver innovative product outcomes. Work with engineering teams to build and deploy highquality software features. Work with Agile teams to drive story creation and prioritization, sprint planning, and release planning, and serve as a core contributor in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies. Understand the technical landscape of the product and communicate technical specifications with the engineering team to build technical capabilities. Research, understand, and draw insights on customers' needs by corresponding with users both directly and in partnership with researchers and designers and by performing market and competitive research and through data analysis. Oversee product backlog, including grooming, prioritization and refinement, based on based on the needs of our clients, the market, ADP's goals, and what impact the future of tech will have on our products. Work with the product SCRUM teams to clarify requirements, balance business needs with technical requirements, and recommend alternative approaches to meet software design requirements. Create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders including sales, implementation, service, product enablement, and business leaders to ensure appropriate alignment and communications

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related field of study and seven (7) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and five (5) years of related experience
