    Description
    Kavaliro is seeking a Senior Business Analyst.


    Responsibilities:
    The BA will analyze business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems
    The BA will represent the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments
    They will also coordinate with business and technology teams ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, execution of user's acceptance and coordinate testing, and system techniques and controls
    They will need to demonstrate knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow
    Define and document requirements; Analyze and prioritize requirements
    Write functional specifications, Lead development of common standards and tools
    Assists in operational rollout and support


    Qualifications:
    This candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to work with Testing teams to monitor process and issues
    Must have strong communication skills and strong client interfacing skills
    Strong skills with release management and planning for multiple releases
    Work with team to test application and present status
    Excellent oral and written communication skill
    The ability to conduct Demo's with team and clients
    A team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
    Ability to take strategic direction from executive management, Initiative
    Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
    Minimum of 10 years' experience
