ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirement workshops, surveys, site or center visits, business process descriptions, user cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
  • Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources; reconciling conflicts, decomposing highlevel information into details, abstracts up from lowlevel information to a general understanding, and determines true business needs from requests.
  • Documents and analyzes business processes and potential impacts and risks.
  • Produces the following deliverables for use by developers and management: Feasibility Studies, Business Process Maps, Business Requirements, Business Rules, User Stories, and Acceptance Tests etc.
  • Measures and documents project baseline objectives and project outcomes.
  • Participates and takes an active role in Project Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Prepares accurate and detailed documentation such as specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional requirements among others.

WORK EXPERIENCE


A minimum of one (1) year experience to qualify for the junior level or a minimum of three (3) years experience to qualify for Business Anlyst or a minimum of seven (7) years to qualify for the Senior level in the analysis and documentation of business processes and requirements using various techniques.
