About the Department



We are currently seeking a "Project Manager (m/f/d)" for our "Customer Services Spectrum Dominance" department at our location in Ulm.

The "Customer Services Spectrum Dominance" department is responsible for ensuring customer service for military applications. They provide support for the program department through Integrated Logistics Support and act as the contract holder for service requests from customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support and manage (partial) projects for the availability of Electronic Warfare products in terms of time, cost, and quality in coordination with the project manager
  • Assist in planning, controlling, and implementing measures to maintain the availability of complex systems (repairs, obsolescence management)
  • Support the Integrated Logistics Support Manager for new systems
  • Lead integrated teams
  • Create and ensure logistical concepts
  • Assist in the creation of internal and external subcontractor contracts
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and subcontractors throughout the project duration, including analyzing customer requirements and initiating necessary actions
  • Support the "Sales Customer Services" organization
  • Act as a point of contact for sales and program departments, including analyzing customer requirements

Willingness to travel is required
